Refund and Return Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy.
1. Custom Products Are Non-Refundable
All scannable cards, QR code stickers, and personalized items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or been completed.
2. Refunds Are Only Issued If:
l You cancel your order before production begins
l You receive a damaged or incorrect product caused by our mistake
l We are unable to fulfill your order for any reason
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate and offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable.
4. Color or Layout Variance
Slight variations in color, size, or layout may occur due to printing limitations. These do not qualify for refunds unless significantly different from approved proofs.
